The numbers, before the sales call
One Trenoli e‑bike costs you €150 a month on a twelve-month agreement. Our own public day rate for that bike is €28. Move the numbers below to your own and see where you land.

Option 1 · Fixed fee
Better for youUnder 10 units. Fixed fee, your own guest price, you keep the rest.
Over the full term: €1.560
Option 2 · 50/50
From 10 unitsFrom 10 units up. No fixed fee — you keep half of the takings.
Over the full term: €1.680
Where the two cross over
Figures are per bike and exclude VAT. €28 is the published day rate for the Trenoli e‑touring bike on our own rental page — you are free to charge your guests more or less. Damage caused by a rider is billed on to that rider, not to you; servicing and wear are ours.
Not a model on paper
Monkey Rent in Albir and Wheely in Benidorm hand our fleet to their own customers at their own counters, at their own prices. The arrangement above is the one they work under — not a projection we built for this page.

Monthly fees
Our own public day rate is in the last column, so you can see what a unit earns before you ask us. What you charge your guests is your decision, not ours.
| Unit | 12 months | 6 months | Our day rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-bike · Trenoli | €150 | €200 | €28 |
| Mobility scooter | €150 | €200 | €29 |

Registered vehicles run on separate terms: the rider leaves a €150 deposit, which is the most they can lose. Sub-hire of 125cc scooters to guests is regulated in Spain and we set that up properly with you.
Who carries what
Because there is no argument to have about which of the two a given repair is — that line is drawn here, not case by case.
Servicing & wear
You tell us a unit needs attention and we take it from there. Brakes, batteries, gears, tyres — work and bill are both ours.
Accident
You call us, we assess the damage and price the repair with our mechanic, then send you the figure. You settle it with the rider; we do the repair.
Rider breaks something
You record what happened and send it over. We price it, you charge the rider, we get the unit fixed.
Unregistered units · bikes, e‑bikes, mobility scooters, SUPs, kayaks
Responsibility sits with the rider in full. There is no vehicle insurance without a registration plate, which is exactly why the hire record matters.
Registered vehicles · 125cc scooters, buggy, Land Rover
The rider pays a €150 deposit, and that is the most they can lose.
The one thing we ask of you
Before every hire, record the rider's ID, address, nationality, driving licence and phone number. A minute at the desk, and it is the difference between recovering a repair cost and absorbing it. We give you the form.
Eight questions, two minutes. Or skip the form and book fifteen minutes — we'd rather hear about your place than guess at it.
