Hotels & aparthotels
A rack of matching e‑bikes at your entrance changes what your hotel looks like on arrival. From €150 a month each — six rental days cover that — and everything above it stays with you.

What happens today
Guests ask where to hire a bike. Someone at the desk recommends a shop in town. The guest walks twenty minutes, pays someone else, and comes back with a story about a saddle that was too low.
The alternative most hotels consider is buying ten bikes. Then it's your capital, your depreciation, your batteries at the end of season, and a purchase decision you're stuck with for five years.
There is a third option, and it's the boring one: rent the fleet by the month at a known price, hire it out at your own rate, and keep the difference.
A typical hotel package
This is roughly what we would propose for a forty-room hotel. Yours will be different — you pick the models, and that's what the site visit is for.
Matching frames and sizes, your branding on the frame bag.
For the guests who only want to reach the beach and back.
The quietest way to keep long-stay guests booking with you again.
Your side
A lockable space with a socket. We'll look at it with you and say exactly what it needs.
You set the guest rate. Our own public price for that bike is €28 a day — charge that, more, or fold it into a room package. Whatever comes in above your €150 monthly fee is yours.
What it looks like over a month
Only one number below is an estimate — how many days a month a bike actually goes out. The fee and the day rate are both published. Change the twelve to your own guess and the rest follows.
Six e-bikes · 12-month agreement · one month
Our published rate, your occupancy
Twelve rental days a month per bike is our assumption, not a promise — at six days you break even, at twenty you roughly double the figure above. Not counted at all: the reviews that mention the bikes, and the guests who come back because of them.
The questions we always get
The guest does. You tell us, we assess the damage and price the repair with our mechanic, then send you the figure to charge on. We do the repair. Ordinary wear never enters this — that is ours, always.
At your place — a lockable room, a garage corner or a covered rack, with a socket for e‑bikes. We look at the space before you sign and tell you what it needs.
Hand over a key, tick a line. Thirty minutes of briefing at the start, and a card at the desk with the five things guests actually ask.
Before each hire, note the rider's ID, address, nationality, licence and phone number on the form we give you. A minute. It is what makes a damage charge collectable instead of theoretical.
You should. We go through the range with you and you pick what suits your guests. Those exact units are yours for the term — not a pool that changes every month.
Extend, resize the fleet, or we collect. No renewal trap, no removal fee. If it didn't work for you, we'd rather know why.
Where we're starting from
We're open about it: you would be among our first hotel partners under this model. Two businesses on this coast — Monkey Rent in Albir and Wheely in Benidorm — already work with our equipment, and our guest reviews are public. The terms we're offering the first three hotels reflect that.
First-partner terms

Eight questions, two minutes. Or skip the form and book fifteen minutes — we'd rather hear about your place than guess at it.
