For Business / Bike hotels
Winter training season · October to April
Northern European riders book this coast from October onwards, and they book the hotels that can hold a bike properly. You already have the rooms and the space to store them. The fleet is the part you rent — from €150 a month a bike, servicing included.

Why this is worth doing now
Calpe, Altea and Finestrat fill with riders exactly when the beach trade stops. The hotels that take that market are the ones that can say yes to a bike, a workstand and a place to wash it.

The winter programme
Being a bike hotel is a handful of practical things. Some of them we bring; the rest are yours, and they're mostly space you already have.
What we bring
E-mountain bikes and gravel bikes in a proper size range, picked by you from our range. From one month, and they stay your units for the term.
Pump, stand and a tool board on site. Everything that wears out — brakes, gears, batteries, tyres — is repaired and paid for by us. You tell us; that is the whole of your involvement.
If a guest crashes or breaks something, we assess it, price it and repair it. You charge the rider from the record you took at handover — it never comes out of your own pocket.
Route cards for [the Coll de Rates, the Guadalest loop, the Cumbre del Sol climb] — with the honest notes about traffic and where to stop.
What you provide
The fleet is stored at your place, not ours. A lockable space, lighting and sockets for the e‑bikes. We come and measure it before you sign and tell you exactly what it needs — most hotels already have something that works.
The detail riders check before booking and hotels always forget. A tap, a drain, and a warm corner for overnight. Cheap to add, and it appears in every review.
No mechanic, no bike knowledge. We brief your team and leave a card with the five questions guests actually ask.
You set what a bike costs per day or week. And before each hire you note the rider's ID, address, nationality, licence and phone number on our form. One minute, and it is what makes a damage charge collectable.
Terms
A winter-only agreement is €200 a bike a month; over a full year it drops to €150. From ten bikes upwards you can drop the fixed fee entirely and split the takings with us instead.
| Term | Months | Per unit / month | Fleet size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winter season · Oct–Apr | 6 | €200 | under 10 |
| Full year | 12 | €150 | under 10 |
| 50/50 agreement | by agreement | no fixed fee | 10 and up |
Figures are per bike, net. Delivery, workstand and tool board, all servicing and wear, and the staff briefing are included. Rider damage is assessed and priced by us and charged on to the rider. At our own day rate of €28, eight rental days cover the six-month fee and six cover the twelve-month one.
What hotel managers ask us
True — and that's the point. What they need from you is storage, a stand and a hose. The hire fleet is for their partner, their friend, and the rider whose bike arrived damaged.
You'll need one — the fleet is stored with you. In practice a lockable corner of the garage with racks and a socket is enough, and we'll come and tell you whether yours works before you commit.
Whatever you like. Our own public rate is €28 a day; at that price six rental days a month cover the fee and the rest is yours. From ten bikes up there is a 50/50 option with no fixed fee at all.
Your guest, with the tools on the board — most riders prefer that anyway. Anything bigger, we collect it and repair it, and if it was wear we pay for it too.
That rider pays, not you. We assess the damage, price the repair and send you the figure; you charge it on from the hire record. Which is exactly why the record matters — no record, no one to charge.
Start with a one-month pilot and find out with four units instead of a purchase order. If it doesn't work, we collect and you've spent one month's fee.
Already working this way
Monkey Rent in Albir and Wheely in Benidorm already hand our fleet to their own customers — their counter, their price, our bikes and our servicing. A hotel bike room is the same arrangement with a different front door.

Who carries what
Because there is no argument to have about which of the two a given repair is — that line is drawn here, not case by case.
Servicing & wear
You tell us a unit needs attention and we take it from there. Brakes, batteries, gears, tyres — work and bill are both ours.
Accident
You call us, we assess the damage and price the repair with our mechanic, then send you the figure. You settle it with the rider; we do the repair.
Rider breaks something
You record what happened and send it over. We price it, you charge the rider, we get the unit fixed.
Unregistered units · bikes, e‑bikes, mobility scooters, SUPs, kayaks
Responsibility sits with the rider in full. There is no vehicle insurance without a registration plate, which is exactly why the hire record matters.
Registered vehicles · 125cc scooters, buggy, Land Rover
The rider pays a €150 deposit, and that is the most they can lose.
The one thing we ask of you
Before every hire, record the rider's ID, address, nationality, driving licence and phone number. A minute at the desk, and it is the difference between recovering a repair cost and absorbing it. We give you the form.
Eight questions, two minutes. Or skip the form and book fifteen minutes — we'd rather hear about your place than guess at it.
