For hotels · campsites · holiday rentals · rental businesses
You choose the fleet, we bring it and we pay for keeping it running. No purchase, no capital tied up, no season-end depreciation — and you set what your guests pay. From €150 a month per e‑bike, which six rental days cover.

How the partnership works
01
We go through the range with you and size it to your guests, not to our warehouse. You pick the models; those exact units are yours for the term.
02
Brought to you wherever you are and set up. Servicing and wear are ours — the work and the bill both. You never look for a mechanic.
03
Hire it out at whatever your guests will pay and keep the difference. Your monthly cost is fixed and known from day one.
In the monthly fee
We'd rather be plain about the line where our side stops than have you discover it in October.
Wherever your business is. Distance is not a criterion.
We go through the range with you and match it to your guests.
Brakes, batteries, gears, tyres. Tell us when a unit needs it; the work and the bill are ours.
We assess it, price it and repair it. You charge the rider — never out of your own pocket.
Thirty minutes for reception, plus a card that stays at the desk.
Frame bags, plates or stickers — your name, not ours.
What you provide
Somewhere to keep the fleet. The units you choose are stored at your place, not ours — a lockable room, a garage corner or a covered rack, with a socket if you take e‑bikes. We tell you exactly what it needs before you sign, and we'd rather look at the space in person than guess.
Two ways to work together
Which one fits depends on how much you expect the fleet to go out. We would rather you picked the right one at the start than discovered the wrong one in August.
Option 1 · Under 10 units
You pay per unit per month, set your own guest price, and keep every euro above the fee. Your cost is known from day one.
12 months
€150/unit/mo6 months
€200/unit/moAt our own day rate of €28, six rental days a month cover the fee.
Option 2 · From 10 units
No fixed fee at all. You keep half of what the fleet brings in and carry no monthly cost in a quiet week.
Your share
50%of every rentalAvailable from ten units upwards, with a rental frequency we agree together.
Which is better for you
The two draw level at about eleven rental days a month per bike. Below that the 50/50 split leaves you with more; above it, the fixed fee does. Put your own numbers in and see.
Monthly fees
Our own public day rate is in the last column, so you can see what a unit earns before you ask us. What you charge your guests is your decision, not ours.
| Unit | 12 months | 6 months | Our day rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-bike · Trenoli | €150 | €200 | €28 |
| Mobility scooter | €150 | €200 | €29 |
| City, gravel & mountain bikes | on request | on request | €14–28 |
| Kayaks & SUPs | on request | on request | €20–30 |
| 125cc scooters · Renli buggy · Land Rover | on request | on request | registered |
Registered vehicles run on separate terms: the rider leaves a €150 deposit, which is the most they can lose. Sub-hire of 125cc scooters to guests is regulated in Spain and we set that up properly with you.
Find your situation
You have forty rooms and guests who keep asking where to rent a bike.
See the hotel package →You want the winter training market but not a fleet on your balance sheet.
See the winter programme →You already rent to tourists and want to widen the range without buying it. Both our current partners work this way.
Talk to us →Your guests stay for weeks, walk everywhere, and rent from someone else in town.
Talk to us →You manage eighty properties and own no infrastructure — but two e‑bikes in the garage sell the villa.
Talk to us →A golf resort, a beach club, a dive centre, a residence, a wedding venue.
Tell us what you run →Who carries what
Because there is no argument to have about which of the two a given repair is — that line is drawn here, not case by case.
Servicing & wear
You tell us a unit needs attention and we take it from there. Brakes, batteries, gears, tyres — work and bill are both ours.
Accident
You call us, we assess the damage and price the repair with our mechanic, then send you the figure. You settle it with the rider; we do the repair.
Rider breaks something
You record what happened and send it over. We price it, you charge the rider, we get the unit fixed.
Unregistered units · bikes, e‑bikes, mobility scooters, SUPs, kayaks
Responsibility sits with the rider in full. There is no vehicle insurance without a registration plate, which is exactly why the hire record matters.
Registered vehicles · 125cc scooters, buggy, Land Rover
The rider pays a €150 deposit, and that is the most they can lose.
The one thing we ask of you
Before every hire, record the rider's ID, address, nationality, driving licence and phone number. A minute at the desk, and it is the difference between recovering a repair cost and absorbing it. We give you the form.
Already working this way
Monkey Rent in Albir and Wheely in Benidorm work with our equipment at their own counters. Same principle, smaller scale: our fleet, their customers, their price.
